    I got an email today informing me that the letter detailing the new fees was now available in the documents area of my online account.

    Once again, they are waiving exit charges. I wonder if they will waive them for my two children's IDAs, even though they have not increased the fee for them? I'd quite like to switch them, if I can do it for free.
