how to cancel msn/hotmail accounts

in Techie Stuff
i added myself two new msn/hotmail accounts thinking i could use them to get an offer currently going round when you refer emails - but, it guessed by my ip address and now i need to cancel the accounts - how do i do it please?

I dont know how you can cancel it, but if you dont sign in for 30 days it resets everything and you have to re-activate it, and if you dont sign in for 6 months, the account has pretty much gone.
If you are not going to use it, just dont sign in and forget about it.****************************0 -
For Hotmail, sign in and click Help. A Help pop-up window appears, enter 'close' in the search box and click on the 'Close your Account' topic and then click 'go to the Close Account page'.0
