Hello . I'm sorry if this is not the place to post this but I'm new here.
I need some help and advice. On the 17/02/2016 I book a parcel to be picked up from myherms. I booked this on parcel2go.com, Myherms came and picked up the parcel on the 18/02/2016. Since then it's bin nothing but a nightmare as the parcel got lost. I have filled in the claims from on the parcel2go website now I have a problem of getting the money into my bank account. I was told vie live chat that it would take 2 working days to reach my bank account. The 2 days have past and still the money is not in my bank account . I have conacted them to try and find out why haven't got my money from my claim . Parcel2go told me it would take one more working day and it would definitely be in my bank account. I have conacted them again today and I'm told the money will be in my bank account of the end of today (I was told this on there live chat), My quesion is there anythink I can do. I have bin getting so much conflicting information that I just don;t know where I'm going or coming with Parcel2go. your help and advice on this matter would be very much appreciated. I'm very sorry for the long post but I would like to know where I stand with this matter.

These banking processes do occasionally take longer than expected - may even be your bank causing the delay.
If it's not there on Monday, speak to your bank.0 -
Hello everyone
I have just spoken to my bank and they have told me there can't see anythink on the system thats showing my claim money from parcel2go. My quesion is that if I don;t get the money back who do I go to. I can't go to the financial ombudsman cos I have bin told that they don't deal with couriers. can anyone help me as I'm not sure what I should do next ?????0 -
Wait a week and if the money has not been or bin paid send a LBA letter before action see MSE for LBA or Google .0

Hi all
I need some help. I'm still waiting for my claim money from parcel2go have phone my bank and they have told me that they can't find anythink on there system. I'm still waiting for this claim money from parcel2go. I have conacted parcel2go and all they tell me is that ''they send the claim money to my bank account''. can someone help me as to what I should do now, Also is there alternatives to a small claims court ? . Any help or advice would be appreciated.
