Await the response from your union rep, ask them about your working week 2.5 days and would that be on offer in the new post.
if not speak to your rep about constructive dismissal.
regarding downgrading if your for instance on the top of a band 7 and they offer you a band 6 post your current rate of pay will be maintained for a year. look at the new JD to see how it differs from your current role and ask to see how its been scored.
new base further to travel, up to 4 years for mileage costs.
these are all things your rep should be looking at.
if your reps unsure get the number for the office and ring your regional officer.
