Not in the UK at the moment so dont want to make long expensive phone calls....
First Direct haven't answered a secure message ....nearly 3 days now .... they say within .....48 hrs .... do they usually respond quicker or is this normal?

I rarely have the need to use a secure message but I've always found them to reply within a couple of days whenever I have.0
