I subscribed in February and I have only received one invoice on March 4th, I thought they invoiced users monthly, do they wait until you reach a specific amount before they send you one ?

Usually, yes. My last bill from 18866 was February.0

I didn't get a bill for a couple of months - it just broke the £2 barrier. Perhaps that amount is the trigger?"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

I'm note sure there's a pattern like that.
My bills last year were bi-monthly but, this year, I waited 4 months:
27/06/04 - £3.82
27/08/04 - £7.85
27/10/04 - £4.31
27/12/04 - £3.73
27/04/05 - £8.58Their - possessive pronoun (owned by them e.g. "They locked their car").
They're - colloquial/abbreviated version of 'They are'
There - noun (location other than here e.g. "You can buy groceries there") OR adverb (in or at that place e.g. "They have lived there for years") OR adverb (to or towards that place e.g. "Go there at noon") OR adverb (in that matter e.g. " I agree with you there").0 -
There is a trigger level before they bill you, not sure exactly what it is though. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0

My first bill in March was only £1.74
Now I am at £6.00 so I will have to wait and see when they will decide to bill me again. I can't see a pattern in any of this though.0
