I would ignore anything except an LBC or MCOL from the PPC or their appointed solicitors (within the next 6 years)
post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread0 -
Ignore it of course. You have missed the chance to appeal, could easily have beaten Ethical at POPLA so that was missing a trick and not in accordance with the advice here over the past three years. We say appeal BPA member PCNs and Ethical ones are such a cinch to win at POPLA even now.
The sticky threads here tell you that, the NEWBIES thread gives you the appeal you could have copied & sent in minutes, back in December.
Too late, so you are here:

No new threads about debt collector letters and no updates needed please. Easy enough to Google ZZPS and learn about the Wright Hassall letters. If you get a LBCCC then you would be at a stage to respond but this is already covered in umpteen dozen threads, findable with a search of the forum for 'ZZPS' as a keyword.
Reading other threads that have 'been there done that' will help you more than this thread. Each time just search the forum for relevant keywords instead of posting each letter here; we don't need to see them again.
And of course come back to discuss if you do get a LBCCC, which you will recognise once you've read up on it. Forewarned is forearmed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How on earth can this go up from £100 to £172 in two months?
If you publish the Wright Hassle letter, I will have a look at it and see if you have grounds to complain to the SRA about unprofessional conduct. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
This is the bunch of clowns (WH) who the BPA have appointed to clear up all those delayed POPLA appeals. Would you trust them? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
