Hi,
I've now been on hold for 1hour14mins!!! Trying to cancel my subscription and it seems it has to be done by phone.
Anyone had luck cancelling any other way?

In the end my battery on my landline phone cut out after 1hr 50mins of being on the phone! Terribly customer service from this company!
