My Fitbit Charge developed an air bubble on the front and the rubber was beginning to peel from one side.

I didn't even have to provide a receipt, simply uploaded a photo of it with a reference number they provided written on a piece of paper, posed in front of our web chat.

Excellent service - a brand new tracker.
I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

If you had come on here venting about your broken Fitbit you'd have got dozens of posts and likes - have you noticed how very few are interested in "praises"?:)

I think we need a "Good News" forum. The good get lost amongst the bad.

They replaced mine for free too when it broke, and did not even make me send the broken one back, though I offered.
    Good company.

A "Good news" forum would be essentially write-only. At least in this forum there's a chance someone will read them :-)

I'm on the verge of buying a Fitbit One but see nothing but negative posts.

App doesn't work on Windows 10, chargers don't work, Sync doesn't work, battery is useless etc etc..

Is this really the case or am I just seeing the small amount of negatives but not the millions of non posted positives?

If true, I can't see any decent looking alternatives.

I recently had the same experience with my Fitbit Flexi. Very impressed with their attitude and speed at sending out new tracker.
  • I'm currently on my third Fitbit, the casing on the first one peeled off and the battery failed on the second, their customer service on both occasions was excellent and both times I received a replacement very quickly but to be honest the novelty has kind of worn off a bit now, I also find the android app seems to be very hit and miss on my phone.
Worrying won't stop bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.
