I think you have to post a more accurate story with more details.

What does "I gave ... £1500 stocks and shares" actually mean? What did you 'give'?

Why are "bmb option refusing " to give you the money back? How long is "really long"?

Before handing over money to any organisation it is a good idea to google the company name to see if anyone has had problems with them.

After reading your question, I googled the company name that you gave & " bmb options scam" popped out. I suggest you do the same to see if the articles there, refer to the same company you gave your money to. I do really hope not.

Question: Just why did you give this company £1500 s&s, if as you write "you knew it was a mistake & didn't want to do it"?

"Risk disclosure: Binary options trading involves significant risk. We strongly advise that you read our Terms & Conditions. We also advise you not to invest funds that you cannot lose."

I assume that as you went ahead with the investment you can indeed afford to lose the money. Investing money in a company run from the Dominican Republic isn't really a sound decision for most people. I suspect your money has gone.
  • I got conned into it. Yes it was stupid. There must be a way I can get it back.. Perhaps report to the police, hire a solicitor? There must be something I can do.. Please help...

Not sure how the police will help when the company is in the Dom Republic.

    How were you conned ?

A solicitor will cost money, have no idea how much but a lot and maybe you would have to hire 1 in the Dom Republic.
  • It was just a big mistake. I thought the company was legit. I just want my money back.... There must he something... There must be a court I can go to... It has kept me awake all day I can't stop thinking about it.. It makes me so sad

How about some facts at last - instead of emotions?
  • The company bmboption owes me £1500.. I then withdrew it.. But becuase they were taking longer than advertised... Surely this isn't goes against there goods and services? Something which they promised to do and yet they have broken that promise..

Im guessing you deposited $2500 to open a "Silver" account and now want the money back?

    Fingers crossed:
