Spotify Issues

I signed up for Spotify 2 days ago. I have had nothing but hassle with the app not working and after a day of their 'customer support' who are useless (basically just tell you to reinstall it and turn it off and on again, repeatedly) I have had enough. They keep ignoring my requests for a refund and to cancel the account. Can I legally get a refund off them?
