Phone your council and ask them.0

Hi,
put it in charity shop, folks use them for pet bedding.0 -
The RSPCA or Dogs Trust would be grateful for it.0

My understanding is that pet charities are inundated with old bedding and don't want it any more, although they will take old towels to use for drying wet dogs after walkies.
I'd either put it in a black bag and put it in the general waste, or take it to the tip.0 -
In my area, it would go into the general waste bin (brown for us). If it was taken to the tip, it would go in the recyclable textiles bin.0

It's textiles, probably none of the bins you've got.
Only by phoning your actual Council will you really find out exactly what you can do with it.
If they say "No", then cut it into small squares and put a handful of small squares in the general rubbish bin every week until it's gone.0 -
None of the bins, I think. It's not recyclable, and isn't considered "normal domestic waste" so can't go in the waste bin. I think you're supposed to take it to a council tip.0

Hi,
is it feather/down or polyester?
If feather/down, just cut it up and let it fly.0 -
Charity shops don't want them and they do not belong in the recycling bins.
We are asked to put them in the normal household rubbish chute at the local tip.
Animal charities do not want them either.0
