NatWest Debit Card Ordering Problem

Quick Question for all you NatWest/RBS Staff.
I have a friend and she has recently upgraded her NatWest Account (She had the Select Reward) to a Black Reward Account. Now she already has the contactless Purple debit card and the account has been upgraded now for a few weeks, she has had the welcome pack through, Airport Lounge card etc but no new Black Debit card. She spoke to NatWest and they said one had not been ordered but they would order her one and they confirmed it had been ordered. After not receiving it she called up again and they said there was no record of the order on the system but they would order it again.
She is worried as it looks like they are placing the order but someone else is removing it ?, is that possible or surely once the card has been ordered that’s it.
Grateful for any advice I can give her as she hates having to phone up.

unless she has a diagnosed medical problem you might be better to help her overcome this (for life, not just once) rather than do her chores for her?The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
