Signed off ESA but received a payment today not sure if normal

I signed off ESA on the 23rd of February due to a change of circumstances, but I was paid, as per usual, today. I know ESA is paid in arrears but shouldn't the payment only be for the 5 days between Thursday the 18th to Tuesday the 23rd?
Is there any way to work this out without having to call it makes me feel very anxious.

Sounds like your on a 4 week run which basically means if you've been claiming this benefit for 6 months or more you are entitled to this (so x2 payments for 1 month), same goes for certain tax credits such as the disability element oh and housing benefit.
Note: You probably will need to call benefits at your local authority to get the four week run for housing benefit and council tax.
They do this as the government assume you are now working and need the money until you get your first pay packet.0
