Cineworld vs Odeon limitless

Just wondering people's thoughts on the new odeon limitless card
I thought they may be trying to compete withnCineworld however it appears not.
On a monthly basis the Odeon card is more expensive and offers fewer benefits that the cineworld card. I see with odeon you get discounts on food etc but that's about it
With cineworld you get external discounts at Pizza Hut and Frankie and benjys.
Thought there would have been some competition going on here, alas not unless I'm missing something
