Wasn't sure whether to post this here or on the credit card section, but as it's technical related thought best here.
I tried get onto Barclaycard website this morning to log on (in Internet Explorer) and kept getting "page can't be displayed, turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in advanced settings". I tried a few minutes later and it said "make sure the web address (and it repeated the Barclaycard web address) is correct". I had entered the correct address in the URL bar. I don't know what the former message (TLS etc) means, I've never had this happen before and wondered whether I have a problem.

I've just tried and got on to the barclaycard site immediately no problem using the chrome browser. I do not use explorer. Try using chrome or firefox browsers.0

Thank you. I tried using Firefox but message saying the website site couldn't be authenticated so wouldn't connect. Since my first post I Googled Barclaycard to see if anything came up and it looks like they may have had a recent problem like this. I've just run a computer scan which was ok. I can't understand why I can't access it then.0 -
Can now access it.0
