Advice would be appreciated. Have child saving like mad for deposit on 1st home. Before going forward to apply for mortgage loan there might be a problem: child has lived in rented flat for some years, & is registered to vote there, but all current bank account details hold family address. Assume this would compromise any application? Many thanks for any help.
