late bookings

Hi,
I've heard about but never taken advantage of late flight bookings. Can someone explain to me how it works and how to use it? Where I'm flying to (Cyprus) doesn't have discount operators like Ryan Air so I need to look at other options to reduce cost. All help greatly appreciated.

Sometimes you can get good flight deals by just taking the package holidays where you dont know where your staying till you get there (allocation on arrival) and if all you want is the flight dont have all the add ons
Libraholidays have some very good last minute deals so do Olympicholidays
