First utility switching
Hi All
I have been a first utility gas and electric customer for a good few years now and each time I have gone from one fixed rate to another and most times switching to a cheaper deal long before the current deal runs out. I tried to do the same again last month and was told they would have to charge me the early exit fee. Have I just got a crap customer service person or has anyone else experienced this?
