World duty free group (wdfg) - wont accept the return of ray ban sunglasses

Have anyone com across this experience with World Duty Free Group.
As i have tried to return the unwanted gift to WDFG and they didn't accept my return Due to the box is very badly damaged, there are white marks on the case, finger prints on the sunglasses arm and dirt on the nose pads. such insane and ridiculous excuses she has given to me.

Maybe you damaged them too much by trying to fit the specs into a card reader?

If not, I'd be interested to hear your excuse for posting this in the Stoozing Forum!

Getting the thread moved to Consumer Rights might be a good idea.

I can't believe they won't give you a full refund in return for giving them back some broken, dirty and smudged goods.
