Is there anyone who has done this?
How much did it cost and how long did it take to complete?
I've been Googling and there seems to be a lot about objecting, but not much about challenging.

Do you mean someone you know has lost capacity and you want to be their POA, not the person they chose?
Our do you mean someone is acting as POA but you want to challenge their actions?Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

I'm hoping social services input will carry some weight, as they're not happy either.0 -
I done mines via a Solicitor and got Legal Aid for the whole process. Never cost me anything. Had to make a change within months of the first one being done. Legal Aid agreed to fund this as well. Live in Scotland.0
