I need to clean my electric oven, what's the best product to use?
It has a built in electric grill which has just smoked like a MF when I used it- haven't for ages!

I always used to use Oven pride cost about £4 from supermarket , just pop it all in the bag supplied (not aluminum I think ) and leave overnight comes up like magic however the pound shops do then for £1 just a different name .0

I agree with tb4100.
Oven Pride or Oven Brite is a great start (from bargain shops)
A scraper (Minky scraper about £1.50 which sorts the oven glass and glass hob)
I also use an oven base liner (bargain shops) or an old grill pan on the bottom of the oven.Jobs a good un.0 -
If you haven't used a heating element for ages it will smoke & smell as it burns off the accumulated dust etc.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
