Heathrow Parking help - we leave heathrow Terminal 3 but return to Terminal 5

Hi
I will be flying out of Heathrow from terminal 3 and when I return will be landing at terminal 5. I am unsure of what to do about parking my car there due to the distance between these terminals. Anyone know how best to approach this?
We are planning to stay at a local hotel the night before we fly and were considering a stay/park/fly package but they seem to want us to return to the same terminal. As an alternative I can do the hotel separately if anyone can recommend the best place to park. Do the car park shuttle buses cover all terminals?
We normally use Midland based airports that don't have this issue.
Thanks for your help.

Expert advice on this thread:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/british-airways-executive-club/1735205-lhr-parking-options-outbound-t5-return-t2-t3-vice-versa.html
Short answer (quoted from that thread):
"Park in the long term car park at T5 right at the far end, near the 'E' bus stop.
It's right next to the business parking for T1-3 so on your return, take the business parking shuttle and then just walk across the boundary to the T5 car park. It's very easy - the two car parks exit lanes are directly next to each other in the same block, and as a foot passenger there isn't even a fence to divide the two, just a kerb."

But the park shuttle buses should visit all terminals. A simple phone call to the hotel of choice to confirm or a dummy booking for both terminals separately.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. As has been said (free) tube trains run between T5 and T3 so this is not an issue. However IIRC you need an Oyster card to use them
I use Justpark and save a fortune with the parking.0 -

Some useful info here: https://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/heathrow_carparking.htm
If I have a morning flight (or sometimes even an early afternoon one) from Heathrow I will usually get a hotel for the night before plus parking as it often works out no more expensive than the parking alone and avoids the stressful early drive.0
