As of the 1st March, BT TV is no longer transmitting FOX or FOX HD channels. So this means no more The Walking Dead 
How come those of us paying for BT TV services were not informed of this decision? One of the reasons I subscribe to BT is because they offered FOX as part of the package.
Can we demand a refund or cancel our contracts?

No channel is guaranteed from any provider . You cannot demand a refund or cancel simply on that basis.0
