Any suggestions on what to put as the subject of the email to make sure it doesn't go unnoticed?
Also, any tips on 'must-include' and 'must-mentions' on the email?
Also, thank you so much for your kind reply to my initial post... 0 0

As soon as I put the name of the retail park it, the managing agent popped up immediately. Am I to write to them with the invoice from dreams?
 Thank you0

As you are sending the email to the CEO .... "Personal attention of Mr Mike Logue. CEO"
 HEADING COMPLAINT
Tell him what has happened, tell him you are a customer spending money and that you are disgusted that you are being harassed by G24 and their debt collectors DRP. This is not what you expect as a customer. Does he want you and your friends to continue shopping, a simple yes or no.
You require his immediate attention to get this ticket cancelled
You can also refer to what was said to you
"My car registration number was taken down by the staff at Dreams and was informed everything will be okay."
and you fully expect this to be honoured.0

and also COMPLAIN to the MA and state you have complained to the CEO of DREAMS
DREAMS wont own the car park which is why they are "fobbing you off"
its the MA that have employed G24 , so get the MA to contact G24 and get it cancelled
no harm in a strong complaint to DREAMS CEO as well
I wouldnt bother with G24 for now, concentrate on the retailer and MA (or the actual landowner)0

It's already in the NEWBIES thread in the link 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs'.
Shedloads of examples of retailers and landowners & managing agents overturning these fake PCNs after a complaint. Loads to copy from there, lots of posters over the years have shown what they said to the landowner/retailer.
If Dreams CEO says they are powerless to do anything then vote with your feet, tell Dreams you will now boycott the place and move the complaint on, escalate it to the owner/agent which runs the retail park.
The landowner/agent which runs the place is VERY easy to Google for any named retail park. A cinch, normally there among the results on page one of a decent keyword search of the retail park name & town plus the word 'parking' or 'fine'. You'll find a newspaper article or an advert about retail units for sale. There will be a contact email/name on any such leaflet/advert about the site.
Do you have a large receipt to email to G24 as well? Do that too, without saying who was driving. Just ''I am the registered keeper of the above car. Here is a copy of the driver's receipt/invoice from Dreams, we have complained to the CEO and the landowner because this family spent a fortune and you appear to be scummy rip-off merchants, so cancel it'' (or words to that effect) would do in your email to G24! Burt they have a sale on, (they always have a sale on).You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

            Indeed.
As do Furniture Village in Hove but they hardly get anyone go there since they introduced UKCPS! Idiot retailers, how about Googling and reading about the reputation of these firms first, before setting them loose on your customers and staff with carte blance to sue them?!
Unbelievable how retailers and landowners swallow the BLOODY OBVIOUS protection racket line 'we'll look after your site for free, guv'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

G24 go to court ...... in their DREAMS :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
