NCP cannot send the boys round! No-one comes knocking.

The letter wasn't 'delivered by' debt collectors, they are a call centre admin place - most likely staffed by a bunch of no-hopers and teenagers looking for a better job - and they posted the usual bog standard computerised tripe of a begging letter. Then they'll post another one...the letter chain is easy to find by Googling and clicking 'images'. Some people here have collected and shown a whole pile of these!

Calm down and ignore like everyone always does if the appeal opportunity has been missed (England) or in your case, also because it's Scotland.
