Questions about current account switch

i have few questions,

1.can you get £150 from Yorkshire bank even if you already with them if u switch from another bank?

2.can i get another reward £125 from halifax if i already got it but on my other reward account?i have 2 reward accounts

3. when you open new current account just to use it to switch to another bank how long u have to wait untill you use it for switch?i.e i opend Santanter Everyday Current Account 2 weeks ago and i set 2 direct debt ,can i use it to switch to other bank?
