Does Card Fraud affect Credit Ratings?

I'm looking to apply for a Mortgage with my Partner (first time buyer) this summer after saving for a long time and I'm wondering if Banking fraud affects your credit rating.
This year I have had fraud twice, against my current account and only yesterday my credit card - both have been refunded to me as I proved the transactions weren't mine. Will these affect my credit rating as both times the fraud made me go over my overdraft/card limit?
Would I need to get a letter from the bank to say that the claims went in my favour to give to the mortgage advisors?
I wanted to know before the summer so I can arrange for anything to be done well in advance.

Short answer: No, it won't affect your credit rating.
But, you need to start exercising more care in where you shop/who you give your card details to.0
