How can I find out if I had PPI on my Egg Credit Card?

I need a bit if advice please, I had an Egg credit card which I applied for online roughly 11 years ago. I don't have any old statements and can't remember if there was PPI on it, (although I am certain I would not have willingly taken it out). Although I no longer have the card the account is still live but was bought by Barclaycard. How do i find out if there was ever PPI on the account?

Everything you say suggests you won't be able to successfully complain anyhow. If you took out the card and insurance online then no one actually (mis) sold it to you. You also say you would not willingly have taken it out, if you had it the PPI would have shown on every monthly statement itemised on a separate line.0 -
Thanks for that, I don't ever remember seeing anything debiting separately so I'll assume there was no PPI.0
