Voluntary administration and pregnant

Hello, hope someone can advise. I've been told today my company is going in to voluntary administration and I may not get paid for my last month's work. The company are setting up a new company and 5 of the current employees are transferring over. I am 'surplus to requirements'. Other employees at the same company (but different location) were told yesterday, but I was only informed today. So I've done another day's work for free unknowingly.
To further complicate matters I'm 4.5 months pregnant and I feel like I've been an easy target. I've only been there since October, but just qualified for mat leave by 2 weeks. I don't know what I need to do next, ideally I'd just like paying for the work I've done, but not sure if I have any other claims for unfair dismissal on grounds of pregnancy? I don't know.
Hope someone can advise. I'm going to call ACAS in the morning and see what they advise too.
Thanks in advance.

I doubt they pulled this just because you are pregnant. It isn't right, it isn't fair - but companies pull this sort of trick a lot. And not because people are pregnant. You haven't done any work for free - you will either get paid from assets, or by the government insurance scheme. The administrator will contact you - or if you know who they are, contact them - to explain what happens next. Unless you are told not to go to work, you need to turn up, or you could be deemed to be resigning.0

Ok, thanks for the advice. You're right, it does feel totally unfair. I'm not used to this kind of situation so not sure how to handle it. I was told to turn up tomorrow if I want to, but I don't need to. I won't get paid if I do, so I wasn't going to. I don't have any info who the administrators are and haven't got anything in writing so may have to contact the company to get further info. I don't know if this pregnancy had anything to do with their decision or not, but just want to ensure I get my last month's wages.
Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves!

You should get your wages, notice pay and any accrued holiday - one way or the other.
I would advise that you turn up for work - even if you don't do any work - until you have something in writing. Verbal information can be denied.0
