Hi can any one help me with this..

I received a PEA ticket for over stay of 13 min.. I appeal with PEA and got rejected and due for fee 60£. I re-appeal with POPLA as PEA told and got the appeal successful. POPLA mentioned clearly saying my appeal is successful. And all the parking charges has been cancelled and need not take any further action. So I didn't take any action. But 2 days back I received a letter from Ultimate Customer Solution saying I need to pay 160£ has both the appeal with PEA and POPLA has been rejected and I have failed to pay 100£ within the time frame. And I need to pay 160£ within 7 days else the case would be passed on to solicitor.

I am really concerned now and not sure what to do.. I wrote back to POPLA and UCS saying I have proof my case is successful with POPLA and didn't get any correspondence saying my appeal is rejected.

Awaiting for a reply from them. PEA ticket came last June,2015 and I am still fighting back.

Could anyone advise me on this please...

By PEA do you mean Parking & Enforcement Agency Ltd?

Have you got a letter or email from POPLA confirming your appeal was successful?

UCS is nothing, just a debt collector, and is as powerless and ignorable as all debt collectors.

The BPA is a Trade Body and if the PCN was already cancelled by POPLA (show the BPA that proof) the BPA will contact the member firm to resolve this as it seems cut and dried, from what you said:

    http://www.britishparking.co.uk/approved-operators

What do you think will happen?! Your charge is already cancelled by POPLA unless this is another PCN (check first it's the same PCN number on all paperwork).

    Thanks coupon-man..
After sending all the proof that i have to Popla and pea. . They have emailed me back saying initially the appeal was successful 13/ 01/16. Then their higher officer had to revisit and the final decision is to reject my appeal and they claim they have communicated this with me on 22nd Jan. . But I didn't receive any after the successful appeal.. and also still in popla website if I put my reference code it says my appeal is successful. . Whereas this pea says they got the confirmation tat my appeal is rejected on 9th Feb. . It's clear bogus I feel...
I have emailed them back asking all the proof of correspondence to me..
If they didn't send me clear explanation then I have to complain to BPA..

Who are they, PEA or PoPLA?

Take screen shots and copies of everything showing the PoPLA appeal was successful and use that to complain to the BPA and DVLA.
