From reports on what the report actually says, your post is itself a lie, merely a slogan repeated.Union, not Disunion

Oh yeah?
I am relying on BBC radio reporting so cannot post a link, but the reports stated unequivocally that while he claimed that secret intelligence reports provided clear and certain evidence of an imminent threat to the UK (Iraqi weapons of mass destruction), the reports provided to him at the time in fact made it clear that these reports were uncertain.0 -
First of all and above everything else I would like to pay my respects and admiration to the military personnel who was killed in this awful war that we was led into by Blair and the countless civilians who endured misery after misery .
I am not in any way agreeing with Tony Blair or standing up for him must make that clear .
I know why America wanted to get into Iraq and Afghanistan quickly I believe the truth will come out eventually it is not for me to get into any kind of debate about why and in the process inadvertantly tarnish the memory of our brave boys and girls
We should not of got involved this was America's doing and it is America that is reaping the research not us
These group of people will stop at nothing they have no boundaries0 -

Yes .
There is a difference between lying and, on the other hand making a mistake or misjudgment or not taking care.
The report clears Blair of lying.Union, not Disunion

It seems that there is little avenue to prosecute him beyond parliament impeaching him.
As he is a civilian, and the U.K. (along with the USA) never ratified international laws on prosecutions for 'aggressive wars' it seems he is not likely to be in a court room. Although I believe the UK will now ratify the relevant treaties, they couldn't be used because they are not retroactive.
I also suspect the families could only take cases against the government, not Blair and co. Let's not forget, he ain't the only one responsible, just the bullseye. Let's hope for a good grouping..._
