The person didn't know me but they did have a thick file scanned into their computer detailing everything including how and when I use the toilet.

they knew I was phobic but decided to throw me in front of some jumped up physiotherapist with 0 clue about rare diseases, I should have known when he described latrophobia as "white coat syndrome". The DWP are menaces and the government wants to take a good long look at itself. As for doctors I've wrote to mine explaining what happened and telling them I won't be near but need a psych referral so we will see what they come back with.
