Hi All,
i can remember seeing links etc to the forms that you need to fill in for PPI claims in the past. However for the life of me i can't find them.
Could some kind individual please point out where i should start looking for these please. I've looked on the stickies etc but can't see where to start.
TIA
Angela

I'm assuming you are talking about complaining, not claiming - if you want to claim on the policy just ring up the bank.
You don't need a specific form to complain however, you can detail your issues and evidence in a letter and the bank will just ring up and have a chat if they are missing anything. Alternatively, many banks have forms on their websites which ask all the details they need which you can complete and send in.
Get proof of posting (free at the post office) if doing it on a paper copy and only send copies of any evidence like work benefits, don't send originals.
Avoid templates, you'll have to be careful to avoid being caught out making mistakes on a generic templateSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

As above, some banks have their own PPI questionnaire on their websites, however, you can also download the one provided by the Financial Ombudsman Service. You may need the original credit agreement or account number and proof of payment.0
