Morning All

Make the Change - my baby is teething too. Congrats to yours for getting there which one was it? My DD is almost 5 months and has been drooling like a fiend for weeks.

He dribbles like mad too and eats whatever he can get his hands on. It's a front one, bottom right on his side. Very unsettled though still during the night so have a feeling we may have another soon, on the top. I do feel for him but it's exhausting :wall:

- put beef casserole on in slow cooker done
- clean frontroom and bathroom done
- Hoover
- wash at 30 degrees
- nursery run
- pop into town to type up some letters and post
- check banking and final bills due this week
- book doctors appt for these blooming headaches
- school run
- entertain kiddies and read new story with DD
- relax!

Have a good day all! :T

What is it with men?!

OHs day off and he asks if he can help so said dust frontroom. Anyway I popped in to borrow duster and he's sitting down. Asked if he had done dusting, said yes already done (really?! That quick?! Within two minutes?!). So I finish the bathroom and realise he had literally run the duster over a few things and hadn't done it 'properly' so I end up re-doing the whole room

Hi again everyone

I found a packed lunch – chorizo and cream cheese sandwich, apple and some oat cakes – sandwich is not v in-keeping with my ‘up my veggies’ pledge but I’m sure it will be tasty

Found another meal for this evening in the cupboards so we can officially last another day without a supermarket shop :T HM pizzas – just going to pop to the shop to buy passata and to the local veg market for salad stuff :D

Going to pop to the bank to put some cash in too.

OH is job hunting today and working this evening so that’s good – will YNAB his ‘inflows’ later :)

Night in for me tonight – will either be working (job 1) or doing biz prep stuff for job 2 – really want a newbie or two for my Thursday class...

Not going on a work do tomorrow night – will think up an excuse, but the truth is 1) YNAB says no and 2) I’d rather be at home crocheting :p

Awww bless him. It seems to go so quick between them getting milk teeth and starting to lose them. Or so it felt with my son.

I agree it is exhausting. Like a constant cycle of feed. Change. Try to put down for a while. 2 more nappies. Screaming and dribbling. Trying to decide to calpol or not to calpol. Yadda Yadda etc....and that's just my husband :rotfl:

Oh I am not glad for you at all but glad to hear I'm not the only one with stains that even persil won't shift :)

Interesting about the teeth thing. Think my son lost his first few in reception. He's now up to about 7. He found them all once in my jewelery box. And I had to lie and say they were sharks teeth...bad parent.

Anyway er I fear I may be derailing the worthy tone of today's thread with my poo stories ;)

Apologies to all :)
