N Power to Scotish Power?
According to Energy Helpline I stand to save £81 by moving to Scottish Power's " Prices fixed until 30th April 2017 ", do they have call centers abroad?
I have spent all afternoon trying to tell three N Power chaps in India what I want, one cut me off others took no notice. That's why I would like to know about Scottish Power before deciding.
Both have a 3* rating. Any other reasons for not moving?
Thanks,
Fortyfoot

Scottish Power have a call centre in Irvine, which is in Scotland. You might consider that Scotland abroad and sometimes the accent can be nearly as bad as BangladeshNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0

Oh dear, just checked the savings tonight with Energy Helpline and Uswitch and both say my potential savings are now £77.
Npower have been promoted to 4*
What will it be tomorrow? This seams to be a farce.

What on earth were you trying to tell them you wanted for a whole afternoon?
Switch online and you don't have to engage with anyone's ethnicity, accent or phone lines. It takes me about five minutes.
If it is important to you where their call centers are based, you could waste another day doing the research and post it here.
All Supplier's have the ability to be rubbish, so my advice would be to choose on price and switch online.:)0 -
The time wasted was with Npower, who I am moving from.
Switched this morning to Scotish Power and as said it only took a few minutes, I have switched before.
My Quidco cash back tracked within the hour, £30 for duel fuel, £15 for one. Call center in Irvine Scotland so I am advised by "matelodave".
Thanks for the help.
