Hi everyone!
We have recently got in touch with an elderly relative who lives in Australia. We have been calling and texting each other and it's costing a fortune. Having done some searching around, apart from using web based apps, such as; Whatsapp or Viber, there is NO Sim Card Tariff that offers a worthwhile solution to our problem.
We are on EE and they offered some rubbish "Add-On" that now decreases our monthly bill by pennies, hardly worth it. Having just received a hefty bill of £140 on top of the £90 I already pay for 4 different handsets in the household, as you can imagine I wasn't too please and hence why I am here.
Does anybody know of any solution to this problem? The web based apps are fine but my Grandfather is elderly and even he doesn't know if he has a smartphone and doesn't really want the hassle I would imagine. I'm sure he's having similar problems on his end but hasn't mentioned it yet.
Many thanks for any help :j
