Any current accounts that have decent savings interest for more than 12 months?

I'm not talking about rates being variable. All terms and conditions that I have seen for current accounts with or without linked savings accounts say something like 5% interest for 12 months, reverting to 0.25% thereafter.
As stated already by others, your statement seems a little odd.
Only the Nationwide FlexDirect account, as far as I'm aware, ceases the high rate after 12 months.
All the other high interest paying current account do so long-term.
Which banks and which T&C have you mean looking at???0
