Lowell Group

Options
After recently getting s copy of my credit report, I noticed that Lovell Group had added two defaults to two seperate companys, when I wrote to them telling them I had no memory of the debts, they responded saying that the 'former' accounts were now closed due to a business decision and that my balance was now £0.00 what does that mean???

It means that you still owe the money, but they're nice enough not to chase you for it.

The defaults will stand for 6 years from the default date.

Yes but they cannot default the presumably already defaulted accounts a second time.

The original default date, about 6 months after the payments were missed.
