Moving to Croatia (EU), is Brexit a problem?

Hi
I'm moving to Croatia in May.
I'll be back by December.
If we vote to leave the EU, when will it happen, presumably not this year?
If I wasn't coming back in December, and for all those British Citizens living in Europe, what would a Brexit mean? And what about all the Europeans living in Britain...
I know these questions don't have simple answers. I like being an EU Citizen, the possibility of that being taken away from me feels almost as bad as the possibility of having my UK Citizen status taken away (I've also got Canadian citizenship, but I consider myself English).

I won't get into what a vote to leave may or may not mean, but it is certain that if it happens, nothing would be finalised by December. Your trip will be unaffected.0

If you are british then you will be allowed back - if you have a foreign passport you will have to ask to come back.0

Hopefully even If you will be out of the Country in June you will organise to be a postal voter.
If there is a Brexit there will be a two year withdrawal period (that can be extended by agreement on both sides) I am a Brit living in Luxembourg. I have a residents permit that is supposed to allow me to remain for ever. However who really knows. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0
