Non resident parking in private car park, littering and urinating

Hi,
I know this probably isn't the right forum, but I thought i'd ask in here and hope someone can point me to a more appropriate place if necessary.
Within the last week alone i have witnessed the same car parking in the private car park at my home (block of circa eighty flats), eating a McDonald's, throwing all the wrappers out of the window onto the floor, and on the last occasion, getting out of the car and urinating in the car park then driving off.
Phoned the police (101) for advice but as this is a civil matter they said they can't do anything. I was able to video the latest incident, including the offender urinating, but the police officer said they do not have the resource to investigate this further.
I have been onto my local authority's web site and was able to report this as anti social behaviour, so will see what that brings.
I do not believe the offender is a resident as on each occasion they drove off straight away and i have not seen the car parked here ordinarily.
I am thinking about pursuing this via the courts to get an injunction for trespass. I am a director at my residence so I could get this paid for by the management company.
Any advice on what I can do is appreciated, as i expect this behaviour to continue.

Best way is to raise a complaint against the police. Go in and ask for the officer in charge and threaten to raise a complaintb through the IPCC if they do not investigate, https://www.ipcc.gov.uk/complaints0

If he takes a wazz in the car park again, get a pic of the car and post it on Twitter, making sure the local media see it. Hopefully he will be publicly shamed and won't show his face again.0

Well done you.
In the main they will only earn money out of transgressions, so look for reasons to ticket genuine residents. But then I'm sure you're well aware of that, given the number of "ticketed in own space" cases on here.0 -

Have you thought about quietly placing a calthrop under a tyre?

It's probably the ppc 'knuckle dragger' getting his own back......0 -
Hope that whoever is going to fund the application for an injunction has deep pockets. You should budget for a spend of £2,500. All for a McD's wrapper and a pee. How are you going to identify those involved? As we know all too well here the registered keeper isn't necessarily the driver/user/passenger.
Or are we really looking to steer the conversation towards using knuckle-dragging ex-clampers?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
