I've tried Chrome and IE but can only get offered the £125 switching bonus. Has anyone managed to use a particular browser to offer the full £150 bonus?
Thanks in advance

safari worked for me. Try clearing your cookies0

For me folowing the First Direct link from Martin's newsletter...
IE11 offers £150.
Firefox 44 offers £125.0 -
You will need to disable privacy-protecting add-ons and settings for the tracking to work correctly.
For example, I get £125 in Chrome with uBlock Origin enabled. When I disable it and refresh the page it becomes £150.0 -
I am getting £150 in my FF simply by googling for 'first direct' - most likely because of some old cookies as in a private window it's £125. This means that it's cookies that matter.0

Awww thanks for your replies. I'm using my work laptop with IE10 and most features have been disabled for security purposes so I very much doubt I can do any of what you suggested :-( Can't upgrade browsers without authorisation from our IT department.
I'll try hubby's work laptop in a bit to see if that's any better!!0 -
My IE is tightened up security wise so I couldn't get the 150 through that. Instead for sign-up I used firefox with no security features enabled - following the 150 link from moneysupermarket.0

Thanks all. I managed to get the deal through hubby's work laptop on IE10 without even having to clear cookies.
Only problem is that half way through completing the application an error message appeared saying something about technical difficulties grrrrr....
Double grrrrrr..... been on hold to them now for over 20 minutes. NOT setting a good impression so far :mad:0
