Iva completion certificate no mention of recent ppi refund

We finally got our iva completion certificate after f+f payment way back in June.
The certificate is dated 9 Feb but we have letters from the banks dated after the 9 Feb agreeing to just over 4500 in ppi refunds. Thease ppi refunds are not mentioned in the paperwork only different refunds for 850 were.
We owed 26000 we paid in just over 23000 but our creditors only reviewed 52p in the pound due to what I believe we're excessive fees from the iva company.
From the bank letters it seems this money will be sent to the iva company my question is what will happen to it.
Will it just be given to the iva company will the completion certificate be voided why they sort out who gets what or are they entitled to keep it as more 'fees'

Hi,
It all depends on the paperwork you signed, there is a case going through the courts at the moment with regard to this, the plaintiff won there case, but the IP has appealed, and its not due to be heard till later this year.

The fees will have been agreed by your creditors so whether you feel they were excessive or not, your creditors don't/didn't so that's irrelevant, the funds will be sent to your IP and divided up between your creditors. I'm just waiting for my completion certificate now (final report sent on Thursday) but my IP has already said that any further Ppi refunds that come to light are still part of the iva, to be honest I don't care, they can have it, I just want the whole sorry saga behind meAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
