I'm on my 4th huawei and they never had an apps drawer
You can have as many desktop screens as you like
You can move those screens around as you like

Not entirely sure what the point of the post is? You can install launchers all day and completely change the UI experience.

Personally i have always preferred the App Drawer . But surely the difference is actually minimal . You can move around the screens in the app drawer .I always sort my screens into categories and simply backup and recover data only if an upgrade has put them out of shape .0
