Tax Credits - Reduced Payments

Hi,

Does anyone know if the TCO are supposed to advise a claimant beforehand if their payments are going to be reduced? Or can they just do it without any notice at all?

Thanks in advance :)

There is normally an award notice produced at the same time as payments are updated but the post is slower than sending money to the bank.

In my case they just did it. I believe their post must go via Sydney or something as its so slow.
