First Direct Voice Security

Looks like FD will be the first to go live with Voice security in the HSBC group. Coming soon but note it appears initially to supplement security for telephone banking rather than replace existing security questions and passwords although they say the added security will reduce once the systems know your voice!

Yes, I got an email about it today, although I haven't had a chance to read it yet, and as I only ring them once in a blue moon I can't see it having much impact on me.0

I did a switch to FD last year, but switched away again as it took so long for them to answer the phones.
Can't believe they top the customer service polls........0 -
