Audi Oil Pressure nightmare

Am new to this site but having read lots of comments, I realise that I am not the only one with this problem. I have an Audi A4 2007 1.9l TDi, which I have loved and looked after for the past 3 and a half years. After breaking down last week when the 'oil pressure' light suddenly came on, the car is now in need of a new balance drive shaft module and new turbo - aaagh!
The drive shaft part number is quoted by the garage as 03G103295AL. Does anyone know if this the newer, modified part or does this refer to the older faulty designed part? It's such a lot of money, so need to get this right

Why didn't you join a Audi forum to ask this question? Did you break down in the dark? Not that it matters.

I thought the oil pump problem was on the later 2.0 engines?

And since the part number you refer to is also for the 2.0tdi not the 1.9tdi I can only agree that this is a dark matter situation.

Might even be the second one within half an hour this morning.

What the new one for the 1.9tdi?

As the OP has a 1.9tdi not a 2.0tdi. An A4 this time rather than the usual A3....
