Rent a shelf shop

Hi,
I have a small craft business and rent "shelves" in a number of shops. However, I would be reluctant (in fact I wouldn't) rent a shelf with the T&C's you describe - particularly regarding breakages & theft. I have no influence in the security of your shop or how your shelves, display units etc are set up so are at YOUR mercy regarding safeguarding my products (my public liability will NOT cover breakages). I feel if I am paying rent to a shop-owner it is THEIR responsibility to ensure nothing is stolen or broken and they should accept full liability if it is.0 -
