Rebuild or Restore Key

Options
If I ever need to rebuild my Win 10 laptop again (a likely event) - and it has become so corrupt, that the restore partition is inaccessible - and I have to rely on using a freshly downloaded ISO image.....
Will my product key still allow me to activate - automaticallty (from the BIOS) - or will I have to physically input the key ?
The reason for this question is that I am unsure what my key actually is - "Jelly bean" tells me one thing and a VBS file run from the desktop - shows a different key !!

if your machine has had win 10 on it previously ,just wipe and load but press "skip" it "I have a key" once on the web , it will be recognised by m/s as being legal

As long as their has been no hardware changes and doing a clean install, the OS should validate automatically.

    No key entry required
