Hi Everyone Chris here

26 02 2016
27 hours past and still in action despite Tom online Team asking to give him 48 hours however this has been going on far to long . so proceeding with a Court Order How embarrassing for such a company to have little care and respect for shareholders and previous customers they owe money.

I posted this on CO OP Facebook Page yesterday 25th 02 2016 as I am still waiting for money they owe me despite promises it would be sorted .
Please every body do not trust this company. They have had the most complaints for being a poor billing provider . They failed to give me up to date bills and with held my over payments for over a year. I have just called them again to find out why after closing the account and received the final bill because I am with BG Energy and the Co Cp are still holding onto the £383. I just spoke to Sean and he put me on hold and after over 10 minutes came back to me and cut me off with out a word. They don't have the decency to call me back to discuss this and given that my complaints are on record it leaves me no option but to issue a online Court order to retrieve my money. For the benefit of the CO OP my ex account number is 4440210000 . I regret having bothered to change to you as you are the worse company for customer service and billing I have come across.

In the last 4 months I have had 2 refunds for credit issues and no problems getting a refund
Just to let you know that co op energy yesterday had a major software system upgrade (26/02/16).. I was unable to log into my account... I was told that everything was down till late yesterday afternoon ....
When I rang customer support to arrange a credit refund later on I was told all customer care support computers had crashed...
I rang again today and was told that the system was still down and may not be back up and running till Monday at the earliest...and that tech support was trying to resolve issues
    Will ring them then

I've also found things have improved in the last few months. I've had a refund of credit and a reduced DD go through smoothly.

How long have you been waiting?. I switch regularly and have found that most supplies take around eight weeks after the final bill to refund.

Depends on the company .... When I was with Northern Electric before it became Npower 8 weeks, Scottish power 3 Weeks, Npower 3 weeks, Edf was the shortest ten days for refunds.
Bills another matter Northern Electric 28 days after transfer (due to gas and electric been changed on different days). Scottish Power 21 days after transfer, Npower 21 days after transfer, EDF 21 days after transfer, Co op the final bill was on my online account after 14 days (according to Eon my

Electricity meter reading was sent on 24 February 2016,
gas meter reading was sent on 12 February.)

One of my previous refunds from Co op took 3 weeks due to the fact I wanted it sent by cheque. So i expect when they have the internal system sorted and rung them again on Monday about 3 weeks

The actual money as been in in credit for over a year of which I asked for and fed excuses. The billing side was atrocious in which they couldn't produce bills for many months. I closed because of this and still waiting . They do assure me that its been pushed through via BACS as this is quick and should have it by Wednesday 2nd , they say . Im sorry to say my confidence is low, however I will report back.

Thanks for the posts in this thread. I had thought that the 28 days to refund my £323 credit from isupply following my switch to OVO to be excessive. But now I see it's more likely to be the industry average. Still a long time to wait though.

On the 14th I contacted co op again to be told that I should have my check by the 16th of March....

On the 18th I finally got in contact with co op energy again due to now one answering their phones form2 days ... to be told this time they now expect my cheque to arrive around the 1st of April 2016

Is this an early aprils fool joke...
